BDC Internet Sales Specialist

Phillips Chevrolet is currently hiring for Full-time BDC Internet Sales Specialists. This position requires a 45-50 hour work week. Day & evening shifts required along with every Saturday availability. You will have 1 day off during the week along with every Sunday off. 

Must be able to work every Saturday.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments


• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries 


• Provide customers with initial product information


• Present initial financing options based on customer needs


• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show


• Utilize CRM tracking system daily


• This position will be focused on Buying cars  from the public through lead sources like KBB, Facebook, Craiglist, etc. No travel outside the office will be required.

Qualifications:

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience


• Must have availability to work during operating hours (Including nights & Saturdays)


• Team player attitude

• Must have strong computer skills
