BDC Manager

We're looking for a leader to oversee our Business Development Center (BDC). The ideal candidate will have a proven track of record in automotive sales and a talent for leading and motivating a team. You'll be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, and working with our sales team to boost overall dealership growth.

Responsibilities

• 
  Recruit, hire, and train new BDC representatives.


• 
  Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.


• 
  Manage daily operations of the BDC, ensuring all leads are followed up with in a timely manner.


• 
  Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet and exceed sales goals.


• 
  Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the customer experience.


• 
  Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a BDC or sales management role within the automotive industry.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


• Strong understanding of CRM software and dealership management systems.


• Ability to motivate a team to achieve set goals.
