BDC Manager

Description of the role:

The BDC Manager is responsible for overseeing the Business Development Center operations, providing leadership and direction to the team, and implementing strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the BDC team to achieve sales and appointment targets 


• Develop and implement strategies to increase appointment show rates and sales conversions


• Monitor and analyze team performance and provide ongoing training and coaching


• Collaborate with the sales department to improve lead management processes


• Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a BDC or sales management role


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Excellent organizational and time management abilities


• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite


• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
