BDC Manager

AI BDC Manager for Western Suburbs Dealership

Candidates must have sales/service BDC experience in automotive.  This role will be a managerial oversight role over the AI suite of tools that will be powering our BDC. 

• Manager will be responsible for making sure any and all customer interactions that cannot be fulfilled by the AI agent alone are immediately handled by a traditional human interaction,  this may involve handling the remainder of the communication directly or routing it to the correct party for resolution. 


• The ideal candidate is familiar with automotive service & sales operations/BDC operations/appointment setting, is detail oriented and has a welcoming, articulate and professional phone presence. 


• This is an emerging technology, and the candidate must be able to pivot quickly to any process changes as they come about, either internal processes at the store or technological changes that come about from the products they oversee. 

• Due to this being a new role and technology, certain job roles within the position may change over time as the needs of the business dictate.
