Job Description - BDC Manager, Service Department



As 2026 Begins,


and Schlossmann Honda City is the place to begin. Our Service BDC (Business Development Center) is the core of Service Department scheduling and operations. We seek to partner with an articulate and driven Full time BDC Manager, who will oversee training, scheduling and daily accountability of BDC Reps.


The BDC Manager is the head of their department, and will therefore be instrumental in hiring, planning, training, scheduling and supervising BDC staff.

Requirements:



  • Familiarity with CRM software

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office products and Google Suite

  • Works well in a team environment

  • Happy and Positive Attitude

  • Excellent communication both written and verbal

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to pass criminal background check

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and handle work flow

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

  • Must be able to work under pressure



Job Responsibilities:



  • Receive Inbound calls, emails and voicemails for service scheduling and resolve them all in a timely manner

  • Place outbound calls and respond to all voicemails and emails to resolve scheduling and CSE follow up in a timely manner

  • Train new employees as needed on processes, procedures, and goals of the department

  • Assist with coordinating service BDC agents on improved performance and duties

  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports for Service Director, General Manager and Ownership

  • Write BDC Rep and Service Greeter work schedule 

  • Attend all Department Head Meetings

  • Interview applicants and facilitate hiring

  • Continued learning of new systems and products

  • All other tasks as assigned by the Service Director
