Job Description - BDC Representative

 SARASOTA FORD is currently adding Full-Time BDC Representatives for our #1 Rated Automotive Dealership!  This is a performance based sales opportunity for top phone pro's! The pay plan for this position is $18 per hour plus commision. Top earners are making over $75,000++ per year. This position will follow up on all marketing opportunities including internet leads and inbound phones.

Requirements

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Must have good communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database experience.

· Previous BDC or call center experience preferred, but not required.

· Must be available to work at least one weekend day.

· Being bi-lingual is a plus, but not required.
