BDC Representative

Job Summary: 

The BDC Representative at Monaco Ford in Glastonbury plays a vital role in our organization by acting as a liaison between our company and our valued customers. In this position, you will be responsible for handling all incoming calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. As a BDC Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service while promoting our products and services to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries from customers


• Providing information and assistance to customers regarding our products and services


• Conducting outbound calls to follow up with potential customers


• Scheduling appointments for customers to visit our dealership


• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system


• Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment


• Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software


• Positive attitude and willingness to learn


• Willing to work evening hours and Saturday hours

Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience, and is paid weekly. This is an hourly plus commission position allowing for higher compensation based on performance. In addition, Monaco Ford offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicles and services. No Sunday hours!
