Our family-owned Nissan dealership in Pompano Beach, Florida, is seeking a dynamic BDC Representative to join our growing business development center. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping customers, and a desire to work in a positive, community-focused environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls and internet inquiries to generate and schedule appointments for the sales and service departments.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to meet dealership goals and customer expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming and friendly experience for all customers.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical school coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an automotive setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
