George Nunnally Chevrolet is seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team as a BDC Representatives at our dealership in Bentonville, Arkansas. We're looking for professionals who are committed to providing exceptional customer service and driving sales success.

 BDC Representatives

As a BDC Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You'll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries. Your main goal will be to engage with potential customers and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities

• 
  Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and online chat.


• 
  Schedule appointments for test drives and vehicle demonstrations.


• 
  Nurture customer relationships and build a strong pipeline of leads.


• 
  Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.


• 
  Collaborate with the BDC manager and sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role.


• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Strong ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and messages.


• Proficiency with computers and a willingness to learn new software.


• A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
