BDC Representative

Description of the role:

The BDC Representative at Webb Ford in Highland, IN will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and scheduling appointments for the sales department.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text and chat


• Schedule appointments for the sales team


• Follow up with potential customers


• Maintain customer database


• Experience with AI software


• Works closely with Sales Managers 

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, with Spanish a plus


• Strong sales and communication skills


• Customer service experience


• Proficiency in CRM.. VIN Solutions


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Dependability a must
