BDC Representative - Four Stars Nissan

FourStars Nissan of Denton is seeking a BDC (Business Development Center) professional with a talent for marketing and sales.  Top candidates will exhibit professionalism and personality over the phone and via the Internet with a passion for great customer service.

Work Schedule:

Monday- Friday:  8-5 pm **You will work alternating Saturdays. These weeks, you will have an extra day off.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Answer incoming phone and online inquiries

· Log customer details and comments into proprietary software system

· Schedule appointments and follow up with any “no show” customers

· Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of various product offerings

· Exhibit at all times a professional respectful behavior and tone on the phone and via the internet

· Assist with various other tasks as necessary

· Ensure strict confidentiality at all times

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High school diploma or equivalent required

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required

- Dealership experience preferred

· Multitasking and stress management skills are essential

· Flexibility and positive team first attitude are a must

· Takes responsibility/committed to good decision making

· Effectively manage time to meet and exceed company set metrics and goals

· Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Must have strong written and verbal communicate skills (tact, diplomacy and influence)

· Strong proficient computer skills and strong in-depth knowledge of relevant software applications (Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel)

· Professional appearance with reliable work ethic

· Consistent and stable work history

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing to include a background check and drug screen.
