Description
Business Development Representatives handle in/outbound calls and appointment setting for customers. Call center, collections, and/or automotive knowledge is helpful but not required. Immediate training and ongoing support are provided. You will join a small team in a highly collaborative and upbeat department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Outbound lead follow up: Internet inquires, Unsold traffic, lease renewals (80%)
Answering ALL inbound phones according to a proven, pre-set script, and schedule appointments (20%)
Confirm appointments and re-schedule missed appointments
Purify and update customer changes in database
Job Requirements
Confident and professional phone manner
Strong computer and Internet Skills
Call center, collections, inside sales experience is a plus
Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
This is a full time position that requires the flexibility to work rotating schedules with rotating Saturdays.
