• Experience: Minimum of 2 years handling inbound/outbound sales calls.

• Sales Success: Proven track record in inside sales, internet marketing, or scheduling sales appointments.


• Client Rapport: Ability to establish instant rapport with clients.


• Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.


• Learning & Attitude: Quick learner with a resilient, proactive attitude.


• Professionalism: Professional demeanor with the ability to handle rejection positively.


• Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and adept at resolving issues.


• Performance: Consistent achievement or surpassing of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).


• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with efficient typing and writing skills.


• Organization: Highly organized with acute attention to detail.


• Flexibility: Ability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
