Compensation: $36,000 - $60,000 + annually
Oakes Auto Group is hiring BDC Sales Agents to support our growing dealerships throughout the Kansas City metro area. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, helping manage leads, build relationships, and schedule appointments for our sales teams. Manage and update customer and lead information accurately within the CRM system
Handle inbound and outbound communication with customers via phone, text message, email, and online inquiries
Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and timely responses to help drive appointment opportunities
Set, confirm, and coordinate appointments for the sales team while ensuring a smooth customer experience
Collaborate with sales managers and consultants by providing lead updates, reporting, and customer insights
Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused experience throughout every interaction

Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
At least one year of customer service, sales, call center, hospitality, or related experience preferred
