Job Description - BDC Sales Representative

We have been committed to providing exceptional client experience and we know that starts with our most valuable resource-our team members. Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln is currently looking for an Automotive Call Center Representative to join our growing Sales BDC team!


As an Automotive Call Center Representative/BDC Agent, you will handle inbound/outbound calls and appointment setting for our sales customers. We are looking for someone comfortable with high volume calling, a “GO GETTER" and a professional well-spoken candidate. If you have experience in customer service, telemarketing, retail or sales then we encourage you to apply today! Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required.


Schedule: 40-hour work week, Monday – Friday with alternating Saturdays. Closed Sundays


Job Responsibilities:



  • Daily communication with customers on inbound calls, outgoing calls and texting solutions to schedule service appointments.

  • Basic customer service follow-up calls after completion of sales appointments.

  • Maintain and follow our script and inbound call process to efficiently schedule appointments at ease for our guests.

  • Work closely with Sales Management.

  • Ongoing on-site training of basic dealership guidelines and scheduling systems.
