BDC Sales Representative - Get Hired Fast

Great Lakes Toyota/Subaru is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a BDC Sales Representative!

As a BDC Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in engaging with our customers and providing exceptional support to ensure their satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service! 

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries from customers regarding appointments, pricing and general inquiries.
• Utilize phone, email, and other communication channels to follow up with customers and schedule Sales appointments.
• Actively engage with customers to assess their needs, answer questions, and provide accurate information about available services.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales appointments, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to improve processes and procedures.
• Stay informed about product updates, sales promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to customers.
