BDC Service Representative

 JOB DESCRIPTION 

Lexus of Edison in Edison, NJ is looking for full-time service BDC candidates to join our team for our busy state-of-the-art automotive dealership.

Customer service skills are a must, with previous experience and great phone manners. This is an exciting career opportunity that allows you to work in a professional environment.

Candidates must possess a professional appearance, be able to multitask, get along well with others and take direction.

Requirements

 RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Handling incoming calls and following up on customer visits in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
• Responding to Internet Service Lead requests
• Working directly with the service team and managers
• Daily various duties include making and confirming service appointments
• Communicate with service advisors and service manager
• Following up with past customers
• Must be willing and able to make a high volume of outbound calls each day.
• Must have excellent communication skills (Good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice)
• Comfortable with computers and technology systems
• Must have the drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations
• Extensive, detailed, and paid training provided. We are invested in your success!
• Notify necessary departments to inform of appointments set.
• Forward customer's concerns to the Service Manager and follow-up.
• Prior sales, service BDC, receptionist, call center, or BDC experience is a plus but will train the right candidate
