What You’ll Do:

As a BDC Representative, you’ll play a key role in turning opportunities into appointments—and appointments into sales.

• Respond quickly and professionally to internet inquiries and inbound leads


• Engage customers via phone, text, and email to build relationships and set appointments


• Follow proven scripts and workflows to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience


• Accurately input and manage customer data within CRM systems


• Coordinate and confirm sales and service appointments


• Utilize lead management tools to track, nurture, and convert opportunities


• Maintain detailed records and complete reports in a timely manner


• Deliver a top-tier customer experience with honesty, integrity, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a sales-driven, customer-focused, or call center environment


• Comfortable handling high-volume inbound & outbound communication


• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail


• Ability to learn and understand automotive sales and service operations


• Tech-savvy with CRM systems and digital communication tools


• Knowledge of social media and online engagement is a plus
