BDC Service Schedulers

IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR A BDC SERVICE SCHEDULER FOR OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT

The BDC Service Scheduler is the Communications Hub for the Service Department. 

The BDC Service Scheduler Will:

• Schedule Customer Service Appointments


• Advise Customers on the Status of their Vehicle Repairs


• Coordinate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors


• Cashier

The BDC Service Scheduler Needs:

• A Professional Appearance and Demeanor


• Strong Verbal and Written Communication


• Excellent Computer Skills and the Ability to Learn


• Customer Service Experience


• The Ability to Problem Solve

The BDC Service Scheduler Will Receive:
