Respond to internet customer inquiries
Communicates effectively with internet customers according to their preferred method of communication, whether by email, phone, or in person
Satisfy the transportation needs of internet-generated customers
Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
Coordinates internet promotions with dealership management
Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers
Checks e-mail frequently and responds to inquiries immediately
Deliver new vehicle to customers
Prospect on a day-to-day basis by email, phone, and person to person
Attend sales meetings and training sessions
