Job Description - BDM/Trading and Investment expertise


We are seeking a highly skilled BDM with extensive experience in financial markets to join a dynamic and innovative organization in the trading technology and brokerage industry. The company operates globally across 65+ countries, with annual client transaction volumes exceeding $220 billion. This role provides the opportunity to leverage your deep trading industry knowledge to drive business and marketing initiatives, while thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Location: Miami, Florida
Type: Full-Time ONSITE

Responsibilities
  • Leverage trading and investment expertise to support business and marketing strategies.
  • Provide insights into global financial markets, across multiple asset classes.
  • Apply analytical skills to evaluate economic indicators and their impact on trading activity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational excellence.
  • Communicate market perspectives clearly, both in written and verbal formats.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of trading, investment, or portfolio management experience in a bank, hedge fund, asset management firm, or similar financial institution.
  • Deep expertise in financial markets, with proven experience across multiple asset classes (equities, bonds, FX, commodities, or derivatives).
  • Strong knowledge of economic indicators (GDP, inflation, interest rates) and their influence on financial markets.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex data under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
