As a BDR Manager, you will lead a team of BDRs (Outbound Business Development Reps) that focus on generating meetings, opportunities, and pipeline in net-new and customer accounts for our US Enterprise segment. 1+ years of experience managing sales professionals Preference for someone who has progressed from an BDR/SDR role to an Account Executive role with a high degree of attainment Salesforce expertise is a must Collaborative and excels working with cross functional teams, like Sales Strategy, Marketing, Sales & Marketing Operations Provide detailed analysis, reporting and accurate forecasting using Salesforce and other data sources Hire, mentor, guide, and support to develop the skills and careers of your BDRs Experience successfully managing people to achieve performance goals Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills Passion for cloud technologies Hire, train, and manage a team of Outbound Business Development Representatives Work closely with Enterprise Sales Management to set expectations and manage relationships with AEs and BDRs Motivate Individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship Actively use salesforce.com to manage sales process, and set standards for performance metrics
