Job Description - BDR Manager

Business Development Representative Manager

Join Appstar, a leading innovator in tech payment solutions for businesses everywhere. We are seeking a talented sales manager to make a meaningful impact on our energetic and dynamic business development team's development and continued growth in 2024. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing productivity, overall performance, skill development, and career progression for our business development representatives.

Responsibilities:
Motivate and lead our team of business development representatives to consistently deliver on and exceed performance targets.
Consistent coaching and mentorship to develop skills of all representatives.
Oversee and maintain daily operations, metrics, and quality.
Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve team efficiency and results.
Qualifications/Skills Experience guiding and coaching sales teams to high levels of success.
Demonstrated ability to surpass sales goals through meticulous KPI management.
Creative leadership style with a focus on solution-oriented approaches.
Acumen for implementing informed solutions from interpreting sales data.
Strong consultative and value-driven sales methodology.
Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Four years or more of proven personal success in sales.
Two years or more of sales management in an inside sales and short sales cycle.
Leadership by example, with an emphasis in negotiation and closing skills.
Experience in B2B Tech, Fintech, SaaS, or Digital Marketing is a huge plus!
Compensation Package: Competitive pay ($85,000 - $115,000).
