Brief Job Description

The Club at Mediterra, a multiple award-winning private club located in Naples, Florida has an opening for Dishwasher/Kitchen Stewards to join our dynamic team at our Beach Club location in Bonita Springs. 

Job Tasks / Primary Duties: 

•  Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen
•  Clean pots, pans, utensils, and plates to health code standards
•  Properly dry washed items to health code standards
•  Organize dishes and kitchen utensils
•  Clean up spills
•  Remove trash and recycling
•  Replenish hand towels and soap in hand washing areas
•  Assist with small food prep duties which includes peeling and cleaning of product
•  And any other related duties as assigned per Culinary Leadership Team

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Ability to adhere to a professional conduct at all times
