Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate application techniques and provide make-up consultations tailored to clients' needs.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Charlotte Tilbury products and the beauty industry to effectively promote and sell products.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals while fostering a positive shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and support store success.
• Manage inventory and restock products as needed to maintain an organized display.
• Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives to expand brand awareness and client engagement.

• Proven experience in retail or cosmetics sales, preferably in a beauty advisor role.
• Strong passion for beauty and cosmetics, with an understanding of current beauty trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain product displays and inventory.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making to enhance customer experiences.
