Beer Cave Manager duties include but not limited to:
- Must be 21 Years or older
- Must pass PLCB background check
- Maintain PLCB Owner Manager Training
- Maintain a fully stocked beer cave
- Meet with sales people to create accurate orders.
- Check in and put all orders away
- Ensure that proper rotation requirements are being met.
- Certify that all pricing is accurate, check weekly and submit results to the corporate office
- Work with sales people to determine what are slow/no movement items and what may be a good substitution.
- Keep beer cave clean and organized.
- Write wine orders as needed, pick wine up from local state store.
- Ensure wine is rotated as well (FIFO).
- Stay up to date with any local events and order as necessary for such events.
- Keep RAMP binders up to date with all required materials.
- Recap Sales, ID report, Invoices, Training
- Track and coordinate online roster
- Schedule new hire training and follow up with employees
- Keep inventory levels shrink under 2%
