Job Description - Before and After School Program Staff

We are seeking an experienced and energetic person to join our Learning Loft team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. If you have a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Monitor students in the before and after school program

Assist with homework, food, and gross motor activities

Communicate with parents as instructed

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe program space

Attend to children's academic and social needs during scheduled work hours

Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Patient, kind, and nurturing

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

High school or equivalent (Required)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

6:30 am- 7:45am, and/ 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
