  • Help strengthen systems, tools, and processes that improve consistency and outcomes

Training, Coaching & Professional Development

  • Provide real-time coaching and model effective strategies in the classroom
  • Deliver practical, engaging trainings that build staff confidence and competence
  • Continue growing your own expertise through ongoing professional development opportunities

Crisis Intervention & Safety Support

  • Support development of crisis protocols and proactive behavior strategies
  • Train staff in de-escalation and prevention techniques
  • Contribute to restraint-reduction efforts through data and team collaboration

Collaboration & Team Participation

  • Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
  • Partner with teachers and staff to create supportive, accessible learning environments
  • Collaborate across MyPath programs to share knowledge and best practices

What You Can Expect in This Role:

  • Meaningful Impact: See the direct results of your work in student growth and success
  • Balanced Responsibilities: Combination of clinical work, collaboration, and systems improvement
  • Supportive Team Environment: Work alongside experienced educators and therapeutic professionals
