Community Integrated Services (CIS) is currently recruiting a Behavior Analyst in Training in Federal Way, Washington.
At CIS, your role as Behavior Analyst in Training would be far more involved than simply conducting assessments and writing positive behavior support plans. Each Behavior Analyst in Training has the opportunity and responsibility to conduct functional analyses or functional assessments of client behavior, develop individualized behavior supports and teaching strategies, train staff members in our residential homes and oversee the implementation of behavior interventions.
Salary Range – $32.00-$34.50 per hour depending on experience
POSITION SUMMARY
Community Integrated Services (CIS) is a company that provides a variety of support services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position focuses on providing applied behavior analysis services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, acquired brain injuries and/or autism, as well as training other employees to implement behavior supports. This position requires the ability to prioritize work and complete assigned program documentation accurately and within the allotted time frames. Furthermore, this position requires the ability to have good public relations skills in working with a variety of outside professionals and state employees, effectively train employees on behavior interventions and skill acquisition plans, summarize client progress, and communicate effectively with others.
AUTHORITY
The Behavior Analyst in Training, under the supervision of the Clinical Director (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), is responsible for writing the positive behavior support plans (PBSPs) and Individual Instruction and Support Plans (IISPs) for people supported by CIS, as well as oversight of designated employees.

Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to an indoor environment where the temperature is usually moderate, and the noise level is minimal. The employee may be exposed to various environments including, but not limited to the following: aggressive individuals, may come in contact with blood and/or saliva, and other OPIM.
