Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Education team. In this role, you will develop, implement, and monitor individualized, evidence-based behavioral supports while partnering closely with education and therapeutic teams.

This position blends hands-on clinical work, collaboration, and system-level influence, allowing you to shape both individual student outcomes and broader program success. You will also play a key role in coaching staff, improving systems, and advancing trauma-informed, data-driven practices across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Consultation & Integrated Care

• Serves as a clinical consultant on behavior analysis across all school settings for Day School students, to ensure behavioral strategies are applied with consistency and fidelity, and rooted in trauma-informed care.
• Exercise independent clinical judgment in the application of behavior analytic practices, consistent with BACB ethical standards and state regulations,
• Ensure all behavior analytic recommendations are aligned with therapeutic, medical, and educational interventions through an integrated care framework to promote holistic day school student outcomes.

Assessment, Intervention Planning & Documentation

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) in collaboration with IEP teams
• Develop and guide implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans using function-based strategies
• Maintain clear, timely, and audit-ready documentation

Data Analysis, Systems Support & PBIS Implementation

• Use data to monitor progress, adjust interventions, and drive decision-making
• Support PBIS and EMLSS frameworks with proactive, preventative strategies
• Help strengthen systems, tools, and processes that improve consistency and outcomes for our students
• Support implementation of the EMLSS framework by actively participating in tiered support meetings, providing data-informed recommendations

Training, Coaching & Professional Development

• Model behavioral strategies in real time by working directly with students when appropriate, using these opportunities to coach staff, demonstrate best practices, and build staff confidence in applying interventions independently
• Deliver advanced trainings and professional development to improve staff competencies
• Engages in company-provided ongoing professional development to remain current with advances in behavior analysis and related fields to strengthen best practices and contribute to organizational growth.

Crisis Intervention & Safety Support

• Contribute to the development of crisis-intervention protocols to ensure high-intensity behaviors are managed safely and ethically
• Supports MyPath's restraint-reduction initiatives by collaborating with school staff and residential team members, identifying preventative and proactive supports for future implementation

Collaboration & Team Participation

• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
• Partner with teachers and staff to create supportive, accessible learning environments
• Collaborate across MyPath programs to share knowledge and best practices

Compensation: Salary starting at $74,000; final salary based on level of Education, Licensure, & Experience

Schedule: 8-4pm, Following the school calendar. Regular School year + potential for ESY hours based on student needs

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required or eligibility within 6 months of hire
• Eligible for Wisconsin Behavior Analyst licensure within 6 months
• Minimum 2 years of experience (3+ years preferred) working with individuals with autism or related disabilities
• Experience supporting children, adolescents, or young adults with emotional, behavioral, or developmental needs

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Strong understanding of PBIS and EMLSS frameworks in educational settings
• Ability to interpret and apply data to improve outcomes
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices
• Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Active driver’s license with acceptable driving record
