We're hiring a W-2 Behavior Technician to support a student 1:1 in the school setting for the 2026–2027 school year. Whether you’ve worked in schools, pediatric care, or another hands-on support role, we’d love to connect with you. Position Details

• Caseload: Elementary student, working 1:1


• Schedule: Monday – Friday


• Hours: 30–37.5 hours/week, starting lower and working up to 37.5


• Dates: ASAP – May 2026


• Location: Onsite

Responsibilities

• Assist students with daily living activities, mobility, feeding, and hygiene needs


• Support students in the classroom and during school activities


• Follow care plans and behavior support strategies as directed by staff or medical teams


• Document services and share observations with the support team


• Promote student safety, independence, and dignity


• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and nurses to meet student needs

Qualifications

• 1 Year Experience working in school setting preferred


• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field* OR Bachelor’s degree and 24 semester credits in a human services field*.


• Must be at least 18 years of age
