Behavior Technician

Kreative Community Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our dynamic team serving adults with intellectual and developmental (IDD) who require enhanced behavior supports in a community-based, day program setting. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients by promoting positive behavior changes and enhancing their quality of life. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a genuine passion for helping others, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs
• Collect and accurately record data
• Work one-on-one with participants
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment
• Communicate regularly with KCS team

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with individuals with IDD (personal or professional)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow detailed plans and document electronic data
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping individuals improve their quality of life
