Job Description - Behavior Technician

Qualifications:

· Understanding of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and challenging behaviors.

· Ability to navigate technology and apps to collect data and communicate with supervisors

· Ability to provide one on one ABA therapy

· Working in accordance with a team

· Understand how to take feedback and improve the skill set

· Be willing to travel to various locations within the employment area.

· Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more

· Maintain client confidentiality

· Ability to uphold all laws, regulations and company policy.

· Proof of a negative TB test

· Ability to pass a background check and prove auto insurance

· Calm demeanor under pressure

· Must be willing to have all behavior modules and/or 40-hour in-house training completed through Mercy Plus

· Transportation may be required for certain clients

After training week you will be scheduled Part time based on your Availability and Client need.

All Hires will start Part time.
