Description

We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians to work primarily in the home and community, with some clinic-based hours. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll help children build communication, social, and behavioral skills in real-world settings. You’ll receive comprehensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and will have the opportunity to earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification while working. All staff receive ongoing supervision and support to ensure high-quality care and continued skill development.

We have immediate openings for the Monday through Friday, 3:00–5:30 PM shift. This role requires a Registered Behavior Technician certification, but we will help the right candidate to achieve this certification while employed. Additional requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. A background in a related field or current enrollment in a relevant program is preferred but not required.
