About the Role
KB Behavioral Health, a Finni Health company, is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to provide direct, in-home ABA therapy to children in Huntington, TN. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans that make a meaningful difference in children’s lives.

We currently have multiple positions open with flexible part-time and full-time availability, depending on your preferences and willingness to work in additional nearby areas.

Current Opportunities in Huntington, TN:

1. Afternoon/Evening Shift (Part-Time)

   • Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

   • Time Frame: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM

   • Total Hours: ~10 hours/week

   • Ideal for candidates looking for a short, consistent afternoon schedule.

2. Midday Shift (Full-Time or Part-Time)

   • Schedule: Monday to Friday

   • Time Frame: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

   • Total Hours: ~25 hours/week

   • Can be combined with other cases/locations for full-time.

3. Morning Shift (Part-Time)

   • Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

   • Time Frame: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

   • Total Hours: ~12–15 hours/week

   • Great for candidates preferring morning-only schedules.

Candidates open to traveling to additional nearby locations may be offered full-time employment with 30–40 hours/week.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy

• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA

• Collect behavior data and maintain session documentation

• Attend team meetings and required supervision

• Support children in developing communication, social, and life skills

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus)

• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs

• Reliable transportation

• Active CPR certification (Required)

• RBT certification (Preferred, or willingness to obtain)

• Must pass a background check

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to kneel, squat, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods

• Comfortable engaging physically with children during play and therapy
