Connect Therapies is hiring experienced and enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders in home and community settings. Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and skill acquisition goals designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We are currently hiring for part-time (less than 20 hour/week) and full-time (20-39 hours/week) positions across Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
- provide quality 1:1 instruction to children with ASD in communication, social, play, and adaptive skills
- record objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goals
- maintain objective daily session notes
- maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
- minimum High School Degree
- bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification strongly preferred
