About the Role

• Get in there and play—you’ll deliver 1:1 therapy sessions using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Track progress like a pro—you’ll collect data on every goal, every day. Our tech tools make it seamless.

Who Are we looking for?

• You are at least 18 years old (required)
• You have a high school diploma or GED (required)
• You have full-time availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (required). ** Part-time may be available
• An active, unexpired certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• You have your own reliable transportation
• You’re reliable, communicative, and eager to learn
• You enjoy working with kids and may have experience in childcare, tutoring, or therapy (a plus!)
• You’re playful, patient, and positive
