Are you a passionate mental health therapist looking for the flexibility of private practice with the support of an established behavioral health organization?

Spanish-speaking ability is required for this position.

What You'll Do
Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed practices.
Provide behavioral health services toEnglish- and Spanish-speaking clients.
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality client care.
Manage your caseload while meeting agreed-upon productivity expectations.
What You'll Bring
Spanish-speaking ability is required.
Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LMSW, or LAMFT, or be aMaster's-level therapisteligible to provide services within the scope of the position.
Strong clinical, documentation, and time-management skills.
Commitment to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, client-centered care.
Ability to provide services at ourQueen Creek and/or Tempe locations.
