 SALARY RANGE (DOE)

• ACSW or AMFT: $75K - $90K


• LMFT: $80K - $114KLCSW: $90K - $120K 


• Psychologist: $95K - $120K+  

 

All positions are FULL TIME, and all locations are in OUTPATIENT settings serving patients of ALL AGES and diverse backgrounds, unless otherwise noted. Some positions offer loan repayment programs, sign-on bonuses, and relocation assistance as indicated below:

• EAST CENTRAL LOS ANGELES (LCSWs and Psychologists) 
  • REMOTE-HYBRID (1 day/wk onsite, 4 days/wk remote)
  • Full benefits at no-cost to employee. 403(b) retirement plan, employee healthcare plan premiums paid by employer, plus provision for a partner. PTO = 3+ weeks 1st year
• SOUTH LOS ANGELES (ACSWs, AMFTs, LCSWs, Psychologists)
  • REMOTE-HYBRID (4 days/wk onsite,1 day/wk remote)  
  • Inpatient Women and Children program
  • Loan forgiveness program, 401(K) plan with 3% match, 10 days/year paid vacation to start, plus accrued sick days and 11 paid holidays
• ONTARIO (LMFTs, LCSWs) 
  • 100% ONSITE 
  • Loan repayment program, $ bonus potential,100% employer paid medical/dental/vision coverage for employees and 50% for dependents, CME/education reimbursement, 403(b) with 4% match 
• PALM SPRINGS/BORREGO SPRINGS/ESCONDIDO (LCSWs, Psychologists)
  • 100% ONSITE
  • Part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible hours!  
  • 401(K), tuition reimbursement, benefits provided for both PT and FT employees 
• BLYTHE (ACSWs, LCSWs, Psychologists) 
  • 100% ONSITE
  • Up to $10K sign-on bonus 
  • Up to $10K relocation plus $1500 monthly housing stipend for first 6 month

• SAN DIEGO AREA (LMFTs, ACSWs, Psychologists)
  • ACSW or LMFTs: are 100% ONSITE and must be bilingual (any language) with post-partum experience. Locations in El Cajon, Alpine, or San Diego proper.
  • Psychologist can potentially work 3 days/wk ONSITE (in San Diego near city center) and 2 days/wk remote 
  • Relocation assistance offered

JO  B OVERVIEW

​​​​​​​Behavioral Health Clinicians will be a part of the Integrated Medical Team and in most cases will report to the Director of Behavioral Health Services:

• You will conduct intake assessments for new patients and re-assess for continuing patients.


• Advocate for and assist assigned patients gain access to resources.


• Participate in creating an appropriate plan of care, using a collaborative approach with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and other team members.


• Assist patients in confronting their medical and behavioral issues, using individual therapy and group therapy sessions, and other healing modalities as the situation requires.


• Some intervention may be needed for substance use disorder, trauma care and such.
