• Licensed Psychoanalysts
• Licensed Clinical Social Workers
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists
• Licensed Mental Health Counselors
• Licensed Masters Social Workers when under the supervision of licensed clinical social workers (LCSWs), licensed psychologists, or psychiatrists
• Licensed Creative Arts Therapist

1. Supervisory experience required
2. Knowledge of mental illness diagnosis
3. Experience working with children and families
4. Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team

8. Knowledge of community agencies and resources
9. Familiar with computer programs (e.g. Word, Excel)
10. The ability to climb stairs, bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach and lift items weighing 40 lbs.

   3. Hire, train, supervise and provide direction to staff and ensure quality service delivery
   4. Assure that all staff training requirements are met
   5. Assign clients, ensure client visits, progress notes, and timecards are completed and due dates for all documentation are met
   6. Review progress notes and timecards match to ensure accuracy of monthly billing
   7. With the assistance of the supervising clinician assure service plans are person centered and written and implemented according to regulations and program procedure.
   8. Monitor that incidents are reported and documented per regulation
   9. Complete program monthly/year end reports
   10. Represent agency and program in the community and with other

1. 11. Participate in and successfully complete all required staff training and development activities
   12. Perform other job-related activities as directed by Manager

• • Identify individual client needs and make referrals to additional community services based on ongoing assessments
  • Help prevent the progression of exhibited behavioral health needs through early identification and intervention
  • Develop a therapeutic relationship with child and family
  • Utilize software technology pertinent to program
  • Maintain required documentation and deadlines
  • Ensure that a person-centered planning process is utilized in delivery of services
  • Ensure that individual rights are protected and advocate for individual
  • Participate in and successfully complete all required training
  • Represent the agency and program in the community
  • Perform other job-related activities as directed by supervisor
