Schedule: Full time, all shifts and schedules available
Pay: Up to $41/hr based on experience, plus an $8,000 sign-on bonus, shift differentials, and a full benefits package!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Registered Nurse
duties to include but not limited to:
-Assesses person’s served care needs, develops a plan of care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and continually reassesses plan of care according to person’s served care needs
-In collaboration with the physician, provides/coordinates nursing care to individuals and groups of persons served
-Assists in the teaching of persons’ served families and provides milieu management. Communicates with and educates persons’ served families/significant others in discharge/after care planning needs
-Provides a safe and secure environment for persons served and staff in both individual and group settings
REQUIREMENTS:
-Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
-Active and clean RN license in MI
-BLS certification is required
-Experience in psychiatric nursing strongly preferred
