Work hours\: Full time, Monday-Friday, 7\:30a - 4\:00p

Here’s What You Need

·      High school diploma or equivalent 

·      One-year office experience preferred

What You Will Do 

·      Usage of basic office equipment (e.g. fax machines, copy machines, phones).

·      Knowledge and understanding of various business applications software (e.g. Microsoft Word/Excel/SharePoint)

·      Good verbal and written communication skills to include telephone skills

·      Exhibits a pleasant, professional, polished presence exhibiting the ability to troubleshoot utilizing critical thinking skills

·      Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a highly stressful and emotional environment, to include behavioral health patients

·      Must be able to exhibit a high level of empathy with the ability to effectively communicate with patients and support people during life-changing events, while demonstrating exceptional customer service skills

·      Other duties as assigned.
