Summary:
Ability to relate to clients and their families to facilitate a collaborative environment that fosters recovery, living skills improvement, and
independence. Experience with the treatment of mood and personality disorders in children and adults.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Know and understand the needs and services identified in the client’s treatment plan.
● Attend CFT/ART meetings with clients and families to develop long term goals and objectives.
● Use various problem solving and guidance techniques to work through tense psychodynamic situations with clients.
● Coordinate with staff to discuss client objectives and brainstorm best paths of action that will lead to desired outcomes.
● Chart and record information in client files.
● Quickly respond to crisis situations when severe mental health and behavioral issues arise.
● Document all client visit information including billing logs, progress notes, and dtr’s.
● Provide safe transportation for clients and adhere to all traffic laws.
● Report any abuse, neglect or incidents as outlined in policy and procedures.
● Communicate with peers and supervisors in a timely and professional manner.
● Present himself/herself in professional appropriate attire according to the daily activities planned.
● Teach clients anger management techniques, relaxation skills, impulse control, social skills, emotional coping skills and functional living skills.
● Participate in training offered by EYFS and by outside resources.
● Read, understand and follow all EYFS Policy & Procedures.
● Consult with clinical team about client medication changes, issues with medicine
compliance and efficiency of medications.
Minimum Job Requirements:
● Bachelors degree; at least 2-4 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
● Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card and CPR/First Aid Certification.
● Must be able to pass comprehensive criminal, sexual offender, MVD background checks.
● Must have a car, valid driver’s license, and maintain state required automobile insurance minimums.
● Intermediate to advanced writing and editorial skills.
● Ability and willingness to travel locally and regionally to meet agency needs.

Her primary objective for EYFS is to see all EYFS clients (children and adults) succeed and grow to their full potential. Therefore, Antoinette puts her heart and soul into helping the clients we serve, reach their goals. Every day, we aim to provide access to quality care and clinical services that provide each client an opportunity to begin or continue their treatment/recovery journey.
We treat each client from an approach that considers their behavioral health needs, physical issues, and cultural needs while identifying the challenges each day brings to their lives. Our goal is to include their family and the community whenever possible in their treatment to become integrated into the treatment process.
