Salary Range: $50,495 to $84,740, depending on licensure and experience.
Good Neighbor Community Health Center is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our integrated care team serving Fremont and communities along and around the Highway 30 corridor in East Central Nebraska. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we provide team-based, whole-person care where behavioral health plays a central role.

Compensation Highlights

• Provisionally Licensed Therapists: $50,495 to $66,627
• Fully Licensed LMHP or LCSW: $62,611 to $82,614
• One-Time Sign-On Bonus of up to $5,000 paid after 6 months of service, paid based on licensure type.  
• Independently Licensed LIMHP or LICSW: $64,222 to $84,740
• This position may be eligible for federal student loan repayment through the National Health Service Corps, subject to program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
• Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver services in person and via telehealth
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain timely documentation
• Coordinate referrals and community resources

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Nebraska license in good standing:
• LMHP, PLMHP, LIMHP, LCSW, or PLCSW
• Provisionally licensed therapists are encouraged to apply
