Job Summary
We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities
- Perform intakes and assessments
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Facilitate Psychotherapy Group Sessions
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist (Outpatient) Required
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) and CPR certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
- Unrestricted Active Louisiana license: LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or PLPC
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Experience in outpatient behavioral health preferred
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and co-occurring disorders
Proficient computer skills, including use of Electronic Health Records (EHR), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and telehealth platforms
- Ability to manage documentation efficiently and securely
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
