Requirements:

Board Certification: BC
Active MI License
Required Certifications: BLS/DEA/CSR/CDS
Fellowship Requirements: Behavioral Neurology Fellowship
4+ years as a behavioral/cognitive neurologist
Previous management experience
ACGME/AOA approved Neurology Residency
