Behavioral Technician - RBT - Room for Advancement

The Treetop is currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a full-time and part-time Behavioral Technician - RBT in Georgia. Starting rates for this position range from $25 to $29 per hour, based on experience with a sign-on bonus of $300 after 100 billable hours. Incremental raises provided every three months, six months, and annually, potentially reaching $33 per hour. Additional bonus options become available once the salary cap is met.

DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• A love and passion for working with children
• Willingness to travel to client homes
• Residence within 30-60 minutes of the city for this job posting
• Ability to work a varied schedule depending on client needs

Your typical day as a Behavioral Technician - RBT at The Treetop involves diligent preparation and a commitment to providing individualized care. Throughout the day, you'll assist with skill-building activities in a school setting and participate in community outings, all while building a strong rapport with clients and their families. Together, we'll create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

You'll enjoy a full- or part-time, flexible schedule Monday - Friday 4 pm - 7:30 pm.
