Job Summary
We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will, facilitate group and individual therapies, and implement individualized treatment plans. If you are a passionate person who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Perform regular wellness checks
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
A high school diploma is required
Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist is preferred but no experience is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
CPR Certification or willingness to obtain one
RBT certified or willing to obtain one
Excellent organizational skills to facilitate program development
