👩‍⚕️ Your Role as a TMS Technician

As a TMS Technician, you’re more than a clinician—you’re a positive support for each patient. You guide them through their healing journey, provide encouragement, and celebrate each step forward.

What you’ll do:
• Work one-on-one with patients during TMS therapy sessions
• Operate and monitor advanced TMS machines
• Use tools like gratitude exercises, journaling, and goal-setting to foster growth and bring the best outcomes
• Track progress and collaborate with providers

• Be a consistent, uplifting presence that helps patients regain confidence, hope, and control

TMS Tech vs. RBT:

• TMS Technician: Works one-on-one with focus on healing the brain, combining evidence-based technology with positivity and gratitude. 
• RBT (Registered Behavior Technician): Focuses on behavioral therapy, typically for children or individuals with developmental needs, implementing behavior plans under supervision.
