The Job

As a Bell Supervisor you will engage in the first contact with guests of the Lodge and maintain a professional presence and attitude. You must possess a fluid knowledge and understanding of the local area, community events and activities available to guests of the Lodge. The primary responsibility of the Bellman Supervisor is to ensure the smooth flow of guests in and out of the Lodge with emphasis on hiring, training, and continuous coaching to insure shared responsibility and consistent guest service.

Requirements

• Able to provide leadership to a team of 5 bellman.
